1st house kitchen is WAY too small for all the entertaining space. Poorly designed.

Casita? 5400 sg ft? Yeah nope!

I think having a good location was mentioned concerning no 2. No 3 if updated would have made a beautiful abode. It was the lowest in price but I think I will go with number 3 because of the turnkey nature and country side feel to it.

I would pick no 2 as well. You can change a house but you can't change a location.

I loved house number 2. My least favorite was 3. They could have done a little more to 2's backyard.

I loved the second house. Though it lacked character, at 1.75 million, there is enough money left over to add some characteristics to the house that would make it less cold and unappealing yet leave it as modern and minimalistic as it came, which is what I love.

A bit disappointed as I would have liked to see the third house ! Isn’t it fake? The guy is looking at the furniture , when you buy a property would you really consider the furniture?, that is the part that goes out with the actual owners… He should consider the spaces, the lay out, the textures..
